The story that gives voice to our guitars
Guitarras Genís Prat was born from the experience accumulated over years in the Antonio Picado workshop , where Antonio Picado, Ángel Genís and Carlos Prat shared craft, dedication and a very particular way of understanding the handmade guitar. In this environment, Genís and Prat learned the importance of detail, sound sensitivity and the careful selection of woods.
In 2010 Ángel Genís and Carlos Prat began a new stage with their own project, developing guitars under the name Genís Prat , maintaining the essence of what they had learned but evolving towards their own voice. Since then, the workshop has created a collection of classical, flamenco and special models of guitars, all built by hand and with a constant search for quality, balance and sonic personality.
Today, Guitarras Genís Prat is the continuation of that legacy and at the same time a mature proposal: unique instruments, made piece by piece, that combine tradition, precision and a clear desire to offer a genuine sound to each musician.
